Well, Caleb had a great day...and therefore, so did Mom and Dad.

He is now on 'air' mode in his incubator and is wearing clothes! He looks so different with clothes on and even though it's a premie outfit, it looks huge on him. He's up to 3 lbs 6.6 ounces. And if that wasn't exciting enough for us, Kristina gave him his first bottle feed last night. He did really good, taking 20 of 30 mL. He didn't brady or desat at all. After putting him back in the isolette, they gave him the remaining milk through his feeding tube. Caleb gets 8 feeds a day = every 3 hours. For now, he'll be doing one bottle feeding a day. Then depending on how he does they will increase the number of bottles vs. tube.

Ren & Birgitta [Kristina's parents] and Kris & Lindy [Kristina's brother and his wife] came by tonight.

A great day. We were really encouraged.
